Sébastien Paolozzi has been running PRODEVAL® for more than 10 years. His development aims for PRODEVAL® to move toward new energy sources as a way of combating global warming.
The KARRGREEN® adventure is important for Sébastien Paolozzi, as this project ties in with this approach, in particular through the use of BioNGV.
PRODEVAL® is a company specialised in biogas treatment and recovery which currently employs 200 people.
Sébastien Paolozzi was previously MD of the SEPUR company, in Plaisir (Yvelines department).
Guillaume Julia has been a solicitor since 2007. He started his legal career working in firms specialised in public environment law before joining an Anglo-Saxon firm specialised in the funding of projects dedicated to renewable energies, and then setting up for himself.
Guillaume Julia is a graduate with a DEA in public, community and European international law, a Master’s in environmental law and a diploma from the IDPA (Institut du Droit Public des Affaires).
His firm, LC2I, provides a legal structure for renewable energy projects, and more specifically for the KARRGREEN® project, which brings together local stakeholders, in unique fashion, around the issues of the circular economy and reducing the carbon footprint.
For more than 10 years Clément Brochon has provided support to entrepreneurs and businesses of the future.
Clément Brochon is MD of Kivaldi, a company he founded and which has been part of the “In extenso” network since late 2019. Kivaldi is particularly involved in the financial engineering of companies with specific long-term modelling of private and public funding.
For KARRGREEN®, Kivaldi has come up with a financial engineering model that takes on board local stakeholders on a long-term horizon.
Jean-Marc Nieznanski is an expert in the development of projects dedicated to renewable energy.
Mr Nieznanski is in charge of the commercial development of E-PANGO.
A graduate of the Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Normandie and of Leeds University in the UK, former Director of Operations and CEO in the digital domain, for 12 years he was also a developer of projects linked to renewable energy and, in particular, energy from photovoltaics and waste gasification.
Last but not least, he also runs power plants and has solid experience in heat treatment and recovery.
Bernard HIDIER is passionate about renewable energy, wherever he may lay his hat : in France, the UK or the United States.
Ostrea Capital is an independent consulting firm operating at the crossroads of the renewable energy and sustainable food production sectors.

Marc LE MERCIER ehas been General Director of Operations at Liger® since 2011.
Previously, he had held various positions of responsibility between 1992 and 2010 with a major player in the environment sector (drinking water production, waste management and energy).
